I purchased this Beachlove necklace to go with a dress I wore for a California wedding in August. It was the perfect piece of jewelry for me. Not only did it go with my blue T-length dress, it made a statement- "eye-catching with a simple elegance". The combination of the artesian glass bead and Swarovski crystals gave it just enough sparkle or pizzazz without over doing it. I never wear gold so l loved that fact that the designer used silver for the bail and other motifs on the pendant. I chose a black leather chain instead of a silver chain because I liked that particular look and thought it would give me more versatility with my "artsy" style wardrobe. I got lots of compliments on my Beachlove pendant necklace from wedding guests.
I like to support and buy from independent artists; I like to buy one of a kind pieces. Kim, the designer and owner of this company is very passionate, creative, and knowledgeable about her jewelry. The detail she puts into her Beachlove line is stunning. She was informative and very helpful with my purchase. She was a pleasure to do business with. I can't wait to see what new pieces she comes up with next.
What a beautiful labor of love!! I have watched this line come to fruition and it is beautiful. The time and love that is put into each and every piece which Kimberly creates is apparent by the beauty of her new website. From hand picking each bead/stone to the hours of creating and designing, her pieces are original, beautiful and exciting to wear! I love wearing my pieces everyday and for special occasions. I have purchased several pieces from Kim over the years. The web pictures understate the quality of her work and detail put in to each piece. She is always prompt to reply to any questions. Kim has worked with me for sizing, and to address any concerns for metal sensitivity. Simply put, outstanding!
